1) Warning

This software contains strobe lighting effects that may trigger epileptic fits for certain people. The author will not be held responsible for any injury arising from the use of this software. If this software is to be used in a public place, the user accepts full responsibility for warning potential viewers of the risks posed by this software.

2) Use and distribution

Permission is granted for NoiseCradle (free edition) to be used and redistributed freely, subject to the following restrictions:

1. The origin of this software package must not be misrepresented
2. The software must not be reverse engineered or modified in any way
3. The software must not be used for any commercial purpose
4. This license may not be removed or altered

3) Commercial use

NoiseCradle (free edition) and the visuals generated by NoiseCradle (free edition) are not for commercial use.

NoiseCradle (free edition) is not for use at venues or events which satisfy one of more of the following conditions:

1. An entry fee is charged
2. Food or drink is sold on site
3. The capacity of the venue exceeds 100 people

The visuals generated by NoiseCradle (free edition) may not be used in

1. Commercial music videos
2. Advertisements (moving and still image)
